Dj xclusive just like his name goes happens to be a highly valued Exclusive Dj who goes by the real name Rotimi Alakija and he was born in the united Kingdom and celebrates his birthday every 16th of October. Dj xclusive attended king's college, lagos before going back to the UK to complete his education in the Brunel University where he bagged a degree in financial computing.
The british Nigerian does music genres in house, electro house, hip house, R n B naija and has been active in the industry since 2003 till present. He started his carrer professionally in 2003 and has since then performed in prominent clubs like Aura Mayfair, penth House, Funky buddha, Jalouse and a host of other clubs. Dj xclusive due to his excellent skills in mixing, scratching and blending sounds through his versatility and ability to feel the people and the room has made himself one of the most recognized Dj's in the continent.
Dj xclusive who has performed alongside international and prominent acts like Neyo, Rihanna, Mario winans ,brick and lace, Nas, jeremiah, kid kudi , fatjoe and a host of others. In 2010 this Exclusive Dj was voted world best DJ in the 2010 edition of Nigerian entertainment awards, while in 2011, Dj xclusive was nominated for best Dj at the 2011 Black entertainment film fashion television awards. Also in 2011 Dj xclusive became the resident Dj of the hit radio station in Nigeria cool fm 96.9 and also joined empire mates entertainment (EME) as wizkid's official DJ
Dj xclusive released a hit single "I'm xclusive" alongside renowned UK artist Mo-Eazy . He also presented Naija mixtape,2011 xmas edition and also had a Dj xclusive refix on R2Bees ft wande coal and also on the Tiwa savage kele kele love song. Dj xclusive has over the years proven to be one hell of an Exclusive Dj who has come to the industry to make a difference.
