Mr promise I fondly called him then soon became a colleague of mine when on the account of the then vice president of the SUG in the person of Juliet Ofodile (Before Marriage) invited me to have a spot on the Vice president's committee
Comrade Ntagu promise has since then been a close ally of mine. As the Last president of my able department of Public Administration he Has Shown to myself and the public in general that he is a character of Integrity and Development.
