Dreams and Nightmares

Would it be paradoxical that one finds his nightmares in his dreams or that it is only when one is in a dream, that such a dream could turn into a nightmare?

Nightmares are scary and that's not what a dream should be. A dream should be something joyful and peaceful.

In the view of the interpretation of these two words, I have been highly motivated by the way a favorite rapper of mine @yung6ix used these two words, he said

"When you dream big, being broke is a nightmare"

I prefer perfect sweet and happy dreams to frightening and scary nightmares....

In the line of thought of that rapper of mine, I had dreamed swEetly just to experience nightmares sadly.

I need a reverse in my dreams and nightmares.

Intense purification

What may be needed to keep the government of today at a pace they are required to adjust to.

The common reads the newspapers and makes meaning out of every detail they pick up. It should sadden our leaders the ridicule which they eventually make us sEe as regards the reports of their activities.

It is never the intention of a citizen to know that his follower-ship to the leadership is nothing but a mere blind faith.
No real practice of the doctrines which the constitution prescribes.

A budget full of errors and plans to squander funds in the wrongest ways had been submitted by our president to the National Assembly.

It took social media critics to label and hashtag it a #BudgetOfcorruption

All the president could do is to sack a couple of people. Did he tell us, he was part of the mistake?
Hence, my title "intense purification"

The nation needs purification, its nothing spiritual or something a pastor or prayers needs to do.

It is something we human beings must consider engaging in to make our nation better. We must make feasible moves to restoring this country on the right part.

Take funds from the wrong place and put them in the right place.

Fund projects that really matter to the common man.

Till next time on the series..

Be less selfish

I know no one really hates themselves as much as not doing for themselves what they would do easily for another.

Most people would prefer to do for themselves before doing for another, yet I can't fully blame them, no I would not. We seem to all love ourselves. "Self" is "selfish" my mum would say

Yet, this art of being selfish is a killer. It reduces the frequency of happiness in the air. If people think more about, why do it for him or her, why must it be for him or her??? Why not for myself? If it was my own, I would have known what to do, but it isn't, so I can't kill myself.

The list continues, the impact of the feeling which transmits to us that if it isn't for us, it isn't worth it. That thought that if it is for another, we should not engage. It is an issue we are barely able to take care of. A lot needs to be done to make sure that we understand "what we can do for ourselves, we should be able to do for another"

I know a popular saying "Do unto yourself, what you want to be done unto you"

We must not only do for ourselves. We should do for others.

The revolution of the industry

I am one who is into keen observation.. I look at things objectively, trying to find meaning in every second...

I watch videos on tv, watch commentaries and interviews...

I spend time online, seeing the reports on social media.....

A lot happens. Things change .. In the entertainment industry and otherwise. My focus for today however is the entertainment industry.

Whose song is on the Top ten, week in, week out

Who makes certain headlines and the reports there in..

It is quite and act, I don't really know who orchestrates.

So what do I do? I watch... I diligently take notice of the things happening. On the surface, I feel it is a little bumpy.. It is as changing as the values on the stock market...

An artiste is signed here.. Does a collaboration with that fellow there, this certain song's video is shown over 7 times a day.

The other seems to be getting the endorsements and so on and so forth. That's the industry's face for you.

Then I play a lot in my head. What's really going on in the back ground? Who pulls the string.... I had to figure out!

I will do so... And I hope to spill my thoughts to you as soon as I can.

LIFE AT THE ROUNDABOUT - A Poem By Comedian Forever

As a kid i grew up to depend on my parents,
As an adult, i am growing to know that they now or would eventually
depend on me.
As shocked as i am, i realize that the route with which i leave my
house, is the route with which i return.

I guess there's a roundabout where life naturally turns.

We defecate to empty our stomach, of which the emptiness of the
stomach prompted us to eat.
The barber needs someone to cut his hair too.
The singer needs to listen to songs.
The teacher has to be taught
The father was fathered
The designer needs someone to take his measurements
The child grows to start walking while the old man grows to stop walking
The man who sells casket will be carried in one...

The roundabout is a place where we are enabled to turn round to the
place where we started.
I believe that life is lived at the roundabout because we grow
extremely old into the same dependence unto which we were born.

The end of life really takes us back to the beginning.
Life really ends where it started.
The best way to live is to die to life
In like manner, the earth ends it's day where it started....

It's not like you do for me and i do for you.. No...No..
It's natural. Everything you do just happens to you

That's why the man who does evil gets evil in return.
Thus the one who does good receives good in life
What goes around comes around.
Indeed life is lived at the roundabout.

As the SSA on social media to the Anambra State Governor, Mr ifeanyi A. Write a poem full of love

Good morning...

Love being the Reason for this Season...

I'm pleased to give you my 4th Poem as rendered at the Awka Literary Society's "Open Mic" Session held yesterday at Awka...

"You in my dream

Playing with me, running around a certain garden...
...with beautiful green lawn, side flowers amidst a soft tune.

You were so soft, warm and happy...
You talked more, I just listened...

You taught me some dance steps too

You were glowing...
With flowing gown... my eyes scanning through your being

We danced to soft music...
...Hands together, feet moving in unison,

Facing each other…
… with my eyes on your eye balls

I wish we can go back...
Sometimes, our feet were above the ground

We needed nothing, missed none and lacked nothing
With soft voice, you kept me speechless...

Your smile piercing through my being...
Healing my heart defects and mending my emotions

You whispered something...

Yea, with voice so soft... Yes, so sweet!
I bent to hear you... you stretched to help!

As if we were closing up for a kiss and....
My Phone Rang...

- Igwe Bu Ike 004"

Have a lovely Valentine Celebration!

Potentials of a good person

Who is a good person? What makes one good? What are the attributes that makes one to be a good person?

Good sounds like positive, it appears attractive, fulfilling and pleasant. A good person does not hurt others. A good person is good to themselves. Good people are not bad people. Are you a good person? Do you want to be a good person? If you do, you have to be kind, patient, honest, caring, peaceful, you have to be everything that is not negative. A good person seems to be fully engulfed in a spell that compels only towards doing only good things.

Not everyone is a good person even when they want to be good. There is no short cut to the practice of being good. It is like the number line. It is either positive or negative.

The pledge to be a good person comes with a wave that only outputs the good potentials, it is only interested in interpreting what good stands for. It is great to be good.

When you do things that you and other are proud of, doing the right things. A good person doesn't know how to indulge in the wrong principle.

The person inherent in this is thus, once a person is dedicated to being good, all that emanates is a Great Order Of Dividends. That's what being good produces. Be a person of Great Order Of Dividends!!!! G.O.O.D

Name One Government Official who is not corrupt.

I have obtained a BSC in public administration and one thing I have had thorough study of is the government and its agencies. How the government operates, its powers and activities has given me reasons to talk about an agency of the government known as the CBN.

They own a printing machine that prints the notes we call money, they use various policies and budget details to share this money. Whatever the story becomes, the government and its officials have money and this money is meant for various things.

Now, the way these officials allocate and spend this money meant for various things, brings the word corruption into play. For instance the current 2016 budget for Nigeria and all the fallacy seen in its details.

The intentions not to spend this money in the way it had been earlier designated as lawful expenditure is corruption.

How many government officials are not responsible for the act of spending money in the wrong way? I wish one government official can boldly say they are not guilty of spending 1kobo in the wrong way.

I feel like investigating past and present government officials .... I feel the need to introduce the spirit of "we cannot be corrupt as government officials"

Moreover, feel free to tell me one government official who is not corrupt, but be sure to show me proof!

How can our economy be better?

How many people in Aso rock are asking the question? How many youths? How many intellectuals? It should be one of the most frequently asked questions of our time. One takes a look at our economy and wonders how it can be made better. Which sector of the economy would make the economy better? What's the move to be made to make sure the economy is better?

What can we say needs to be done to make the economy better?

What will be the evidence that the economy is better?

Does it take just drawing a development plan? Or a budget?

What is the implementation plan that we must process just to make sure our economy is better? Economists will talk about lots of reforms and lots of actions, but it still doesn't paint a vivid picture of what it will look like to the common man to imagine that the economy is better. I would wish it could have been a simple fact to ascertain, because the economy seems to be what can make the lives of the people better. It may need any magic or any form of simplicity but whatever it takes, only when it happens would will know that it has happened.

I would not think of the oil sector, the manufacturing industry, agriculture, technology or whatever.

I just want anyone who is in charge or the group of people who have the power. Let them make this one thing "THE ECONOMY" better, so that the people's lives can be better.

The Dangers of Not Knowing

Picture to yourself the implications of not knowing a glass cup was going to fall and the effects of your emotions after the cup has fallen. The shock that engulfs the mind on seeing something that you didn't know was there.

When you didn't know that the price of a certain product or service had been increased, walking on the road with both eyes open and not realizing that a nail was lying stray on the floor until it punctures your leg.

All these narratives are just to bring to mind the dangers posed when one "Doesn't Know" I remember when my professor in "Organizational Behavior" asked a question "explain the expression, An experience one has not experienced, one has not experienced"

I answered the question stating simply, what one does not know, one does not know.

It can be dangerous when you don't know what you ought to know. When you can, make sure you know what you are supposed to know. It keeps one prepared for the unknown, it can make one avoid danger.

Speech of the SSA to the Anambra State Governor On Social Media at Anambra Youths Annual Mega Rally 2016 held at Amawbia today, Friday, February 5, 2016.

Standing on the already established protocol, I wield the authority bestowed on me as the Chairman of Njikoka Local Government U-AYA to address this mega gathering of shakers and movers of our great State.

I salute the exemplary leadership of the elderly, the sound followership of the youths and the learning ability of the very young.

It's important we take note of the "U" in U-AYA; I mean the "United" in United Anambra Youth Assembly.

It's unique, special and historic; we are united in this and now because, Anambra State, for the first time is witnessing the effects of an unconditional transformer... A man voted into office by all; a leader who's expanding the frontiers of excellence for "Ndi Anambra n'ile"; a governor who has set an all Africa record by allowing over 40% Youths inclusion in his appointments... We are united because Willie Is Working and the People are Happy!

Akpokuedike has given the Anambra Youth an Identity:
- Many have been trained;
- Many have been effectively engaged;
- Many are serving within the government circles;
- Many have booming businesses as a result of the investment-friendly environment;
- Many have been empowered via Anambra Small Business Agencies;
- Thousands are already employed by the new investments flowing into the Light of the Nation.

Most interestingly, since the Youths are the most travelled section of the population, the Anambra Brand introduced by Gov Obiano gives us: a set of Colours to fly; a Flag to carry; a Logo to look up to and an Anthem to inspire us!

As Anambra Youths, we are stronger, empowered the more, and readier to overtake! Thanks to Obiano effect!

But we have one progress to be worried about; Yes, not scared but worried! Because amidst worries lies the imaginative power to Think, Create and Innovate!

Being youths, we should be worried because Akpokuedike is not only mobilising, developing and empowering the Youth in us; he is laying a solid foundation for those that will take over from us.

The younger generation; the children of today are having a great preparation for the challenges of the Youth Age... Our schools are being rebuilt and equipped; the teachers are being taken care of and the pupils and students are towering higher, competing world over and returning home with laudable trophies... Children prepared in that manner are 100% on the right tract to have a vital, viable and very fruitful Youth Experience!

Imagine a student from my Alma Mater being the World Best Speaker in an International Debate held in Singapore... That's Obiano Effect!

My time at Army Day Secondary School, people laughed at us, people looked down on public schools. But today, Ndi Anambra and beyond respect public schools in our dear State, Army Day stands out, not just in Nigeria but in World Competitions... Kudos to the Willingly Working Willie!

However, this "worry" should not bother us but push us to grab the great opportunities inherent in Akpokuedike's policies and leadership style.

Chief Obiano has given us capacity, he has put the Youths on the platform to lead today...

This is a government of the Youths, it can't fail because the youths can't fail!

With our energy, untapped potentials and imaginative ability, we shall totally and "unitedly" stand by Chief Willie Obiano as he makes Anambra State the first choice investment destination in Africa.

We have never had it so good, the future has never been brighter and I'm Proudly Onye Anambra.

Willie Obiano Support Group!!!!!!!!!

A... P... G... A...

I'm pleased to have spoken to you.

Thank You!

Power moves only

Kings don't really need you to agree with their decisions, they expect you to carry on with their orders without interrogations. So it is not without due process that the followers do nothing but follow their leaders who they believe has power in every move he makes.

I have been focusing on the ingredients of the power which every king seems to exhibit. It may give me cause to worry that the instruments which measure the weight of power hold a great grudge on those who have no power.

It makes them see nothing in their own weight. The wave of power engulfs the air so rapidly that even their own breath from their own lungs shrink at the immense heat which power comes with.

Power... The ability to compel people, to influence them, to make them do what one wants them to do.

When power is not exhibited through force..... It is exhibited through the variety of the influence of money.

So when a king mounts pressure! It is either because he can physically compel you or because his money can do so.

Little wonder to the fact that power moves are either influenced by the GUN or its siblings* or what money will make happen!

Engage in power moves only

Read more about Sandra Natachi Okeke.. popularly known as "Tachi"

(As Written By her, Enjoy each line)

I've always been an arts and craft individual, my love for fashion and beauty paved the way for my curiosity of the world of pageantry. So that led to my first and only pageant entry which was the recently held, the Miss IMO state 2015.
As a native of the state I felt at ease targeting the crown in my hometown. Although I did not come home with the coveted title, I didn't leave empty handed. I was not only crowned Miss photogenic IMO state but also the Face of Fullmoon hotels, Owerri. It was a uniquely wonderful experience as I got the opportunity to spend an entire week with tons of beautiful characters. But my passion for fashion and designing was still burning flames in my heart and I concluded that if that's what I wanted to become I had to work for it without distractions. Now I can say safely, I design and sew my own clothes.

Among my many creative talents, I write and have been writing since I was 6. I have always been a reader. My dad made sure that he got us reading children books at a very tender age. Those books unlocked my imagination and gave me the chance to create my own little universe in writing. Today i have over a hundred titled stories written and illustrated by me. Though not yet published as I wait for my designing career to kick off. Writing has always been a past time for me. There's no greater joy for me than to pick up a pen and be able to create my own fantasy. The stories I write are always fiction and are inspired by the environment in which I was raised. At age 5 my family left Nigeria and moved to the united States. Atlanta precisely. Most of my stories are based on my high school experiences with added exaggerations of course.
I think my most favorite of all my stories is Crestview Hills which centers around the lives of 10 young high school adolescent youths living high profile lives in a very expensive city. We are introduced into the drama, lusts and friendships created in their lives. Its an exciting read and was more fun to write. Fortunately, you get the sneak peak every week right here on.....

(Relax, you will get more details soonest)
