That the Gas plants and health care facilites equate about 276 Quadrillion Naira
That Nigeria through #ChikaTonyNwachukuElumelu would pay in dollars the equivalent of 230 Quadrillion Naira would be paid into the US state bank of America account to relieve the bad debt.
That the US government and The bank of America agrees that about 50 Quadrillion Naira would be used to grow Nigeria and Africa and then the proceeds of investments will be paid into the US state account in the bank of America according to the wishes of the President of Nigeria (JAGABAN)
