The Central Bank of Nigeria would receive the sum of 1 Quadrillion Naira and get a 10 percent interest on this deposit because they want to pay the customer cash. That is 900 Trillion Naira in cash and 100 Trillion for The Central Bank of Nigeria as dividend proceeds should be returned to the Foreign Reserve Account
