A special bond and agreement between top members of the World bank committee that involves key instruments of personalities who can donate 300 Trillion Naira to the 2023 PDP Presidency. The aim is to use the finance to support the creation of jobs and opportunities through Infrastructure and Technology with science and Art.
Lands will be allocated for more domestic airports in the region, international standard hospitals will be built. Agricultural farms , schools, technology hubs, fashion and design hubs, tourists centres and the likes will be accumulated for the well being of the country .
