3 SME's that can be self resilient and Efficient in 2030 regardless of Post Covid 19 pandemic

In 2030 I would be able to describe three promising and sustainable start ups as small and medium scale enterprises that would be able to sustain and compete amidst the economic challenges of the after effects of Covid 19 in the polity .
 Though in 2021, A look at 9 years from now would give us idealistic SME's 
1. Fresh Farmers Incorporated 
2. Gold Mines ICT Solutions 
3. Flamez Entertainment 
 
 The aims of this essay is to provide in-depth knowledge on the skills needed in the future for an entrepreneur. This essay will also go along way to explain the strengths and weaknesses of these SME's and their owners being entrepreneurs.
   These Entrepreneurs are supposed to possess skills and abilities that put them in a position to triumph over the economic challenges of the present time considering that by 2030 trade and production across the world should be a top notch level. Any entrepreneur in business by 2030 must have these 3 basic skills.

1. Ability To Access Skills 
2. Ability To Manage Capital
3. Ability to Invest with returns successfully 

Further to be discussed are the 3 SME's projected to be resilient in 2030.

 1. Fresh Farmers Incorporated
 Fresh Farmers Incorporated is a duly registered Sme in 2030, it's owner , a 33 year old female owns Hectres of land and is into production of vegetables, cassava , maize, tomatoes, pepper, cucumber and beans. 
 Her business requires capital to buy seedlings and also capital to pay her workers and maintain her machineries if she has access to capital , she will be able to fund her business considering the current health effect of Covid on human bodies, more wages will be an incentive to keep human resources at a higher productive value.
  Management of capital has to do with personal responsibility as regards management of cash and interpersonal relationship skills as regards ability to co-operate with people and make them do things in a certain way that leads to maximized productivity . Her problems will arise but must be resolved with accurate measures dedicated to eradicating every form of setbacks in any of her operations. 
   The entrepreneur behind Fresh Farmers Incorporated would need to solidly reinvest all the proceeds from the sales of her proceeds to keep fresh Farmers Incorporated as a resilient SME in 2030. Her Knowledge on core book-keeping and reinvestment skills and strategies would position her as a resilient CEO By 2030.

2. GOLD MINES ICT SOLUTION 
  Gold Mines ICT SOLUTION has 30 Laptops. 20 belongs to Adhoc Staff, 10 belong to senior staff. 9 members of the senior staff are classmates with the CEO of Gold Mines ICT SOLUTION . This CEO is 20 years old, he owns a two room office space to expose more about computer science and Engineering.
 As experts in coding and writing of scripts, they were able to create as many applications and softwares for commerce and entertaiment. The CEO has capital, human resources and an assured market. All he needed to do was manage his people efficiently. His core deliverables were never questioned because he had the best people working for him. They utilized his equipment and machinery to the fullest that it gave his market satisfaction. His business could sustain the after effects of COVID 19 because they were fully armoured with every basic resource. This CEO knew he had one challenge , how were his people going to assure him of fuel production value if they could not give their creative best at all times. E-Formats of business modules were always demanded of him . His people needed to work fast , their health insurance scheme was a high Quality One. His business focused on Equipment , people who had knowledge and satisfaction of his markets demand. If the CEO is efficient in management of resources.
