Queen Genia ( Face of Njikoka) organizes a prize filled Talent Hunt on oct 1 2016

In furtherance of her youth empowerment initiative, the reigning face of Njikoka, Queen Genia, is organising a talent hunt for youths of Njikoka Local Government Area.
The grand finale of the talent hunt will come up on October 1, 2016 at Patriot Summit Hotel, Enugwu-Ukwu. This is after the auditioning which starts September 24 at same venue.
Queen Genia, born to the Ngukor family in Nimo, Njikoka LGA of Anambra State, said the programme would involve singing, dancing and rapping by budding talents who would be rewarded in cash at the end, based on their performances.
Apart from the cash rewards, she noted, the winners would enjoy a one-year sponsorship deal from some popular Nigerian artistes like Hype MC and others, with the producer being Kezzy Klef.
Speaking about her activities since emerging the Njikoka Queen in December 2015, the 21-year old 300 level Public Admin student of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, said she had also been deeply involved in her pet project of promoting Igbo Language, culture and identity by visiting secondary schools in Njikoka and talking to them in the Igbo Language, while encouraging them to uphold their language.
She regretted however that some of her plans had been hampered by poor finances, recalling how she was unable to print exercise books to be given out to schools.
She said she would like to be remembered after her reign for her commitment to making a better society and empowering youths in her locality.
She disclosed that those wishing to register for the talent hunt should pay N2000 into any First Bank branch under the account name of Ngukor Chika Eugenia.
The account number is 3075421022.
Go with your teller and pick up your form at PATROIT summit hotel Enugwu ukwu.
