An executive president with no vice president...
When the president dies, presidential committee takes over to prepare for a new election for a president.
To assist the president... The president appoints from the legislature a member most likely to obtain a consensus to be prime minister.
The president may sack the prime minister.
The presidential committee should be composed of the following ex-officio persons.. :
- president of the senate
- speaker of the house of representatives
- president of the supreme court
- chairman, joint chief of staff

No member of the committee shall have right to the election of presidency...
All members of the committee shall be members of the council of state for life.
The council of state shall have as its duty to constantly review government activity...
